Job Requisition ID #24WD74825Position OverviewYou will report to the Director of Vendor Management and be based in CA, remote role. You will manage the relationship management of new and renewing technology suppliers ensuring first and foremost that Autodesk is receiving the best value from supplier relationships and that suppliers are meeting expectations on all their contractual obligations.You will work with different levels of partners and leaders within ESE. You will manage the supplier lifecycle and related request from beginning to end. Additionally, you will seek out opportunities to deliver cost savings via a close partnership with the Autodesk Sourcing team.ResponsibilitiesYou lead the vendor management lifecycle including sourcing, contracting, onboarding, participating in negotiations, issue management, to off-boardingYou will partner with Business, Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, Privacy and Security teams on RF(x) processes, technical supplier evaluations, security assessments, and other projectsYou will collaborate with Business, Procurement, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure contracts have appropriate terms and conditions, service level agreements, key performance indicators, and escalation processes.You will ensure contract renewals are planned and completedYou will monitor supplier performance, financial status, Service level agreement and goalsYou will support and facilitate any disputes between business and supplier to resolutionYou will have regular check-ins with supplier account managers, facilitate regular conversations between the team/stakeholder(s) and supplier operations teamsYou will support the business in demand planning and monitor against the planYou will track overages and additional budgetMinimum QualificationsYou habe a BA/BS in Purchasing or other Operations related fieldYou have 2+ years experience managing technology vendor relationships which include but are not exclusive to Software as a Service, Platform as a Service, Software, Hardware, and or TelecomYou have the ability to read and interpret legal documents such as contracts, terms and conditions, non-disclosure agreementsYou have the experience with workflows, and Intermediate proficiency with MS Office (Intermediate Excel, PowerPoint) and purchasing systems such as Ariba, SAPThe Ideal CandidateYou have the ability to work with and empower others on a collaborative basis to ensure success of the teaLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $67,600 and $116,600. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
