You must have a can-do attitude, enjoy rolling up your sleeves and being a part of an innovative culture where you can build and provide real time impact on a global scale.What You'll Do: Collaborate with various teams to identify key business opportunities and challenges, and develop data-driven solutions related to the Sales Compensation PlansIdentify and measure the effectiveness of our Sales Compensation Plans and communicate the outcomes in a timely manner to our core stakeholdersLeverage large and sophisticated datasets to derive actionable insights that inform strategic decisions for the Sales Compensation team and core stakeholdersBuild and maintain data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, and dashboards for key business metricsCommunicate findings clearly and optimally to cross-functional stakeholders and leadership teams.
