The individual we seek will support our development and administration of Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Billing, Conga CLM and our partner community. We seek an individual with a declarative-first mentality who is also comfortable to review APEX to understand where code is required. The individual will have strong communication skills and be able to understand the business context of a story which is assigned and recommend and deploy scalable solutions which minimize any tech debt. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently and have the ability to seek and utilize support and guidance from our team members. Responsibilities: Design, configure, administer and customize SFDC CPQ application. Well versed with Apex code, Custom Objects, Workflow Rules, Custom Fields, Validation Rules and VisualForce Pages Identify the root cause of defects and develop fixes in the system Work with Scrum Master, Product Analysts to scope work and produce estimates Provide pre- and post-implementation technical support Work with SFDC support to resolve issues with CPQ and related applications. Maintain smooth operation and performance of the platform Expectations by 90 Days, 6 Months, 1 Year: 90 Days – Have a working knowledge of our Salesforce CPQ instance and connected and ability to resolve issues. 6 Months – Supporting and delivering on requirements from our enhancements to CPQ and implementation of Salesforce Biling 1 Year – Becoming a trusted team member working on our most challenging business requests and delivering simple and scalable solutions which exceed our stakeholders expectations  Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce development with a focus on CPQ and Salesforce Billing functionality Strong understanding of Salesforce CPQ concepts, including product catalog, pricing, quotes, contracts, and billing Experience in CPQ Data Migration Programming background using one or more of the languages such as APEX, Visualforce, Lightning, Java Deep understanding of software testing with knowledge on building test plans and executing them in unit, functional and user acceptance test cycles Strong problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills to set up and interpret logic, data tables Support QA/ UAT and obtain approval for changes in both test and production environments. Understands user stories and can provide accurate work estimates Respond promptly to support tickets, involving investigation, troubleshooting, and resolution of system defects and inquiries related to CPQ, which may include troubleshooting APEX, data, interfaces, and other technical components associated with CPQ Salesforce Partner Community experience Conga CLM experience creating templates and administration Required Certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Billing Specialist Superbadge, Salesforce Advanced Billing Specialist Superbadge, or Revenue Cloud Accredited professional Preferred Certifications: Salesforce CPQ Specialist, Salesforce Sales Cloud, Platform Developer I Bachelor’s in relevant field, or equivalent professional experience  About SailPoint India and our Benefits:  Nestled in the heart of Pune, a bustling hub of technology and culture, the office exemplifies SailPoint's commitment to excellence.
