We advocate for clients across the product life cycle, and drive product adoption and new business leads through our global B2B channels. This team serves as the glue between global product, sales, and B2B marketing teams around the world. THE JOBWe are looking for a creative and experienced Content Producer to lead storytelling and content creation for our Global B2B channels. This role is part of a specialized group within Global Enterprise Marketing that is responsible for developing and distributing a cohesive content strategy on a worldwide scale. As Content Producer, you will play a pivotal role in this team by creating a wide array of engaging content that showcases the value of our B2B brand globally. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING● Produce original content, including blogs, social media, videos, and more thatdrives awareness of our key value proposition to current and prospective clientsin a creative and meaningful way.● Ensuring creative integrity, accuracy, and quality of all outputs.● Develop and manage project plans, deadlines, and delivery.● Strategically manage a content calendar based on global and regional content strategies.● Serve as a market consultant, informing teams of the best formats, styles, and templates to use for localized content.● Interview clients and internal experts to get unique insights to serve as the basis for various content types to be used across internal decks, website, social and more.● Uphold B2B brand tone and voice throughout all content.● Apply insights from content performance to inform on future content types and topics.WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW● 6+ years of experience in content creation, including but not limited to blogs, video and social content● Proficient in Adobe Suite, particularly After Effects● Competency in WordPress, Asana and Confluence● Background in B2B, Tech, or SaaS● A pulse on the latest trends in content creation and strategy● Professionalism when communicating with external clients and agencies.● Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables across a global landscape● Social media skills are a plus YOU (BEHAVIORAL SKILLS)■ Fast learner, adaptable, and receptive to feedback. The ability to keep pulse on quickly evolving business priorities and be receptive to stakeholder feedback.■ Creative thinker.
