Excellent communication and great people skills are vital to the success of this role.  The person coming into the role will need to be flexible and a great team player to work with our small regional management team.The Executive Assistant will be responsible for diary management, scheduling, correspondence, preparation for meetings, travel logistics and general administration. Effectively communicating and interfacing with people at all levels inside and outside the company and within the music industry.
