At Live Nation Entertainment, our people embrace these qualities, so if this sounds like you then please read on! THE ROLEOur goal is to maintain the trust and confidence of our fans, artists, employees and partners.  Our handling of information is designed to put the individual in control, putting them at the center of all that we do.  As Program Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to be a part of a dynamic, friendly, and experienced global team on security assurance issues impacting Live Nation Entertainment’s businesses and offerings across the globe.  The purpose of the role is to: (i) manage and maintain the Security Assurance program, by creating, implementing, and administering all aspects of the program across the Live Nation Entertainment group of companies, (ii) minimize compliance risks by ensuring adherence to our control framework, and (iii) provide world-class strategic, operational, policy and other privacy support.WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DOEach vertical within Trust & Security has a Program representative that ultimately rolls up into the centralized Policy, Planning and Strategy team.  This role is the Program Coordinator of the Security Assurance vertical with key accountabilities including:LiaisE and support the Policy, Planning and Strategy team within Trust & Security to ensure that the Security Assurance strategy aligns with the wider Trust & Security Strategy and OKRs.Manage and deliver programs by coordinating activities and delivery across multiple, related projects that span technology and operational teams and areasAccountable for delivering strategic initiatives that enable business transformation in the short to mid-term (1-3 years)Collaborate with teams to identify, log, track and resolve principles of professional project management such as Risk, Issue, Dependency, Decision and Change Management, Resource and Capacity Management and leverage these to improve control and visibilityCoordinate activities to promote workflow and manage escalations either within the team or to sponsors and executives when needing a steerEnsure the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes and guidelines are understood and adhered toAn excellent understanding of the Agile and Lean frameworks, with the knowledge and experience to critically analyze current best practices for suitability within the Security Assurance teamTracking and reporting of Security Assurance’s strategic projects, ensuring that deadlines and targets are met on an annual basis. Establishing regular reports to the Sr Director, Security Assurance, and, Strategy Manager, Planning and Strategy.Monitoring, and reporting on processes and defining metrics to regularly assess the effectiveness of the Security Assurance program and creating reports for the team and executive leadership.Maintaining the Security Assurance SharePoint and Confluence pages, together with Policy, Planning and Strategy with information for the business, training, and best practice.Create and maintain an annual communications strategy for Security Assurance, together with Trust & Security, to provide regular and meaningful updates throughout the year to the LNE business around the program. Including program development, legal updates and changes, and coordination of the annual Trust Month.Support the Sr. Director, Security Assurance, to develop and maintain the quarterly business reviews to assess and review security processes within the business globally and manage health check assessments. Partner with representatives from the business to monitor and report on progress, resolve issues and refine processes.Maintain centralized Security Assurance policies and notices, working with the Policy, Planning, and Strategy team to ensure policies are regularly updated and communicated to the LNE business, and ensure that new or updated policies, processes, and guidelines have been effectively communicated.Create and maintain an induction pack for new markets and brands to provide an overview of the Security Assurance program to feed into the wider Trust & Security induction program, detailing what tools, processes, and functions these can offer brands new brands and markets. Track and analyze Security Assurance related incidents, working with the wider Trust & Security division to ensure that appropriate responses, escalation reports are created post-incident and provide regular updates to the business on any remediation.Build and manage an RFP and/or RFI process for responding to client requests needs concerning security assurance-related queries.Support the Sr Director, Security Assurance, with the management and ongoing maintenance of annual budgets, being involved with the planning and tracking of spend and reporting on actuals throughout the year.Maintain Security Assurance GRC software to ensure efficient and effective Security Assurance Risk Management, working with the wider Trust & Security division to ensure the relevant assessment templates have been created and updated to align with the goals of the wider division.Provide support to the Security Assurance team with maintaining our system of record for our risks, registers, templates, document repository, work intake and alignment, as well as a wider knowledge network and ensuring it remains accurate and up to date.Partner with other corporate support functions and the business to integrate our processes into wider enterprise risk management processes and business ways of working.WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING - REQUIREDBachelor's and/or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cyber Security, or related field.
