Blue Yonder Title:Sr. Partner Enablement Program Manager for GSIsLocation:Dallas, USAOther Comparable titles:Program Manager, Project Manager, Partner Development Manager, Partner Enablement ManagerRole Overview:Seeking an astute individual to join Blue Yonder partner enablement team, with strong working experience in building and delivering enablement strategies aimed at joint market expansion and growth for enterprise software company and its Global Systems Integrators (GSIs)This role will be an individual contributor role, requires strategic level of thinking and driving execution with urgency to deliver resultsScope:Core responsibilities will be to develop and implement comprehensive bi-directional enablement programs between Blue Yonder and its strategic Global Systems Integrators (GSIs)This individual will have a comprehensive understanding of enterprise software ecosystems, knowledge of how GSIs operate, and a proven track record in implementing effective joint enablement strategiesThis individual will significantly work with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to successfully develop and implement enablement programsKey Responsibilities:Create and execute extensive two-way enablement programs aimed at strengthening collaboration and driving mutual growth between Blue Yonder and its strategic GSIs Build and manage relevant stakeholder relationships within Blue Yonder and GSIs to understand strategic joint Go-To-Market initiatives, identify enablement priorities, determine target roles and audience, mitigate risks, and deliver outcomes within the target timelines Deliver enablement programs by taking proactive action, aligning them with agreed objectives, actively contributing to the growth and success of partnerships between Blue Yonder and its strategic GSIs. Implement key metrics and assessment mechanisms to track the effectiveness of enablement programs. Create and distribute enablement status reports to relevant stakeholders Always conducts oneself in a professional manner with Blue Yonder associates, partners and customers Ensures the security and integrity of corporate assets and intellectual property Ensures compliance with the internal and external company policies and proceduresWhat we are looking for: Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic enablement or related roles at GSIs such as Accenture, Deloitte, Ernst and YoungAdditionally, the ideal candidate should have proven track record in partner enablement or similar roles within enterprise software companiesBachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science or a related field (master’s degree preferred)Proven success in creating and executing GSI enablement strategies for joint market expansion and growth, benefiting both enterprise software companies and their associated GSIsUnderstanding of enterprise software solutions for supply chain and enablement needs of different roles within GSIs (e.g., sales, delivery, customer success)Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneouslyAbility to prepare and deliver presentations to senior leadership at Blue Yonder and GSIs. Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills requiredAbility to work in multicultural environment and collaborate with global teams across various time zonesWillingness to travel based on business requirementsAn individual with a strong sense of urgency and a desire to ‘figure it out’ when faced with obstacles-------------------------------------------The salary range for this position is $132,950.00 - $167,650.00.The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data.  Minimums and maximums may vary based on location.  Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors.  In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.At Blue Yonder, we care about the wellbeing of our employees and those most important to them.
