SummaryThe Senior Partner Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting Partner Sales by guiding them on partner agreements, deal structure, pricing, and commercial terms, and escalating issues to the leadership team. This individual contributor will project manage partnership deals from quote to order with guidance from the leadership team and perform detailed analytics on trends that will feed into the overall partnership strategy. This position partners with internal cross-functional stakeholders and the leadership team to provide the best deal for both Workiva and the channel partner and ensures a smooth and efficient process.  What You’ll DoPartner Operations ManagementActs as trusted advisor to Partner Sales on deal structures and pricing best practices with guidance from the leadership teamAssists Partner Sales in defining, documenting, and streamlining processesConnects our partnerships business to our operational knowledge base and expertiseInterfaces with strategic partners directly, speaks to their business operations teams, offers insights and analysis, sources feedback, and manages expectations effectivelyAnalyzes partnership issues or channel conflict and escalates to leadership for resolutionDrives alignment with Partner Sales, Accounting, Legal, Product, Customer Success, and other internal teamsProject manages key elements of partnership offerings including contract drafting and approvalsMaintains a strong knowledge of Workiva products through a commitment to ongoing trainingReviews redlines and drafts contract language when needed for partner deal structures with guidance from senior team membersCreates, implements, and trains Partner Sales on sales processes and systemsGuides Partner Sales in creating standard deal structures when possible, but also able to navigate revenue recognition and legal concerns when crafting nonstandard deals; wisely loops in Accounting, Legal, and business stakeholders when neededAssists in managing operational aspects of government partnerships including facilitating government quotes and building knowledge around government contractingData Management, Analysis, & ReportingProvides data and order management on contract negotiations and current partnership dealsMaintains executive reports, dashboards, and resources that track key metricsAnalyzes trends from closed/won deals to support Partner Sales in winning new dealsCollaborates with Partner Sales and leadership to prioritize deals and drive deals to closureActively tracks key deals and provides insight on forecast probability, stage, and completion with guidance from the leadership teamWhat You'll Need Minimum Qualifications3-5 years in Partner Programs, Partner Operations, and/or Sales OperationsUndergraduate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field.Salesforce CRM experiencePreferred Qualifications Salesforce CPQ experience Strong listening, written, and verbal communication skills with ability to synthesize and effectively communicate information across teamsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsWork independently, set priorities, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, changing environment with minimal supervisionAbility to quickly learn foundational knowledge and rules of engagement while building region-specific processes that align with global corporate goalsCan quickly identify gaps, escalate to leadership, and with guidance, collaboratively find creative and sustainable solutionsDedicated to excellent customer serviceProven project management experience with partner agreementsExperience supporting remote and local channel partner sales teamsExperience working collaboratively with remote cross-functional teams such as Legal, Finance, ProductPartner Portal experienceTravel RequirementsLess than 10% travelWorking Conditions & Physical RequirementsReliable internet access for any period of time working remotely, not in a Workiva office. How You’ll Be Rewarded:Salary range in the US: $79,000.00 - $134,000.00A discretionary bonus typically paid annuallyRestricted Stock Units granted at time of hire401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits packageThe salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job in the US.
