SummaryAs a Senior Endpoint Engineer at Workiva, you will be instrumental in shaping the management, security, and innovation of our endpoint environment. Leveraging tools like Intune and JAMF you will work as part of a team to bring technical expertise and creative solutions to our hybrid Windows and Mac fleet.What You’ll DoDesign innovative tooling, processes, and solutions with an emphasis on automation, scalability, and securityMaintain endpoint and security objectives through monitoring systems, reporting, and key performance indicatorsAdminister software deployment, patch management, and OS and application updatesWork closely with Technology and Security teams to coordinate efforts, initiatives, and roadmapsHelp resolve incidents and work as the escalation point between Support and Security teamsCreate and maintain documentation detailing configurations for tooling and endpointsContribute to a collaborative team environment with sharing knowledge in areas of expertiseWhat You’ll NeedMinimum QualificationsUndergraduate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field4 plus years of experience in a similar role - Endpoint Engineering, Client Platform EngineeringPreferred QualificationsExpertise in endpoint management tools Intune and/or JAMFIn-depth knowledge of endpoint management and security best practices including experience implementing tooling, security protocols, and compliance checksProven experience in architecting robust system architectures, particularly for diverse client fleets.Experience in enhancing monitoring systems and developing custom solutions for metrics and data analysisAdvanced proficiency in multiple scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python, and Bash) and experience in developing complex automation scripts.​​Self-motivated with a propensity for action, results, and continuous improvementDemonstrated strategic thinking, collaborative decision-making, and risk analysisAbility to communicate effectively and collaborate with staff that is both technical and non-technical Travel RequirementsMinimal travel required Working Conditions & Physical RequirementsReliable internet access for any period of time working remotely, not in a Workiva officeHow You’ll Be Rewarded:Salary range in the US: $79,000.00 - $134,000.00A discretionary bonus typically paid annuallyRestricted Stock Units granted at time of hire401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits packageThe salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job in the US.
