Chief of Staff - Digital ServicesDescription -This is a unique opportunity to join the HP Workforce Solutions - Digital Services team and work cross-functionally to define and deliver industry-leading operations.   This role will draw upon expertise in communication, project management, strategic planning, and operational excellence.  Leads large, cross-division functional teams or projects that affect the organization’s long-term goals and objectives. May participate in cross-division, multi-function teams. Provides mentoring and guidance to lower-level employees. Routinely exercises independent judgment in developing methods, techniques, and criteria for achieving objectives. Develops strategy and sets functional policy and direction. Acts as a functional manager within area of expertise and manages a team of individual contributors. The Chief of Staff will also lead strategic projects on an as-needed basis – anything that is required to keep the organization running smoothly and to ensure the team is working towards the same objectives / outcomes.  In summary, this is a highly dynamic role.  Responsibilities:Drive program management and lead large, cross-functional initiatives that impact the organization. Support the Digital Services Leadership and drive Staff functionalities across all components – people, operations, financial, business. Lead multiple, large, time sensitive projects or work streams. Manage key operational and reporting processes to support the organization. Support creation of Digital Services strategy & outcomes reporting for stakeholder reviews and communications.  Education and Experience Required:10+ years total experience in strategy, planning, operations, finance, or related functional area. Advanced university degree required (e.g., MBA) or demonstrable equivalent experience.  Skills:High degree of flexibility and the ability to work within a fluid, constantly changing environment Ability to manage uncertainty. Strong written and verbal communications skills A self-driven individual with good interpersonal skills and teamwork capabilities. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and quality of deliverables; demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities (both long and short term) simultaneously. Innate problems solver who wants to grow in a flexible, collaborative culture and growing environment. Curious, confident decision makers and willing to challenge status quo. Extensive knowledge of how to analyze business problems using Excel, Access, statistical analysis, and financial modeling. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation and influence skills.
