Digital Services Finance Director

Digital Services Finance DirectorDescription -Looking for seasoned financial professional with experience with Business Partner Support and Strategic Financial Support.Responsibilities include:Monthly financial reportingEnd to end P&L management for Digital Services, including revenue, gross margin, opex/spendOversee quarterly Forecasting, Annual Budget, financial aspects Long Term Planning and Investment ManagementProvide financial guidance for New Service Introductions, including accounting, operational setup, tax and trading structure Lead financial compliance efforts for Digital Services, including executing SOX controlsProcess improvements to forecasting process, investment oversight, revenue recognition for SaaS and Software revenue recognitionPrepare executive level reports and presentations, using data and providing insights to drive business decisions and operationalize strategyProvide finance leadership for major initiatives, including internal controls, organizational changes, potential M&A, deal negotiations, cost savings initiativesProvide training and mentorship to team members on SaaS and Software business modelsTeam management and oversightEducation and Experience required:University degree with concentration in finance and/or accounting; advanced degree or accounting certification (CPA, MBA) preferred10+ years experience in FP&A RolePower BI, Data Visualizations, StorytellingExperience with SaaS, Services and/or Software, including knowledge of standard industry metrics and revenue recognition accounting rules under US GAAPExperience with business transformation from hardware to software business models or from perpetual to SaaS/Subscription business modelsExperience working with cross functional teams, especially Controllership, Business Transformation, IT, Tax/Global TradeAptitude for data mining, master data management, and building meaningful insights from detailed informationKnowledge and Skills:Leadership and ability to take the reins, voice opinions, drive initiatives forwardSelf-starter who can work independentlyUnderstanding of US GAAP, especially regarding revenue recognition, and impacts on financial modeling and forecastingExcellent analytical skills and ability to apply professional judgementExcellent business application skills, including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BIExcellent communication and storytelling skillsSuperior teamwork skills, collaborative approachStrong business acumenProject management skillsAbility to build relationships across teams and culturesAbility to learn quickly, adapt, accept new challengesJob -FinanceSchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (United States of America)Travel -Relocation -EEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
