Senior User Experience Designer

We are looking for a Senior User Experience Designer to join our User Experience team in Belgrade. The UX designer will work within a multi-disciplinary team of digital content managers, technical developers and other internal stakeholders, supporting them in building industry leading, search engine optimized, world class website for Clarivate. If this sounds like an opportunity you are interested in, then we would love to talk to you!About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments  Bachelor’s degree in UX design, human-computer interaction, graphic design or equivalent combination of education and experience5+ years of working experience as a UX designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.5+ years of working experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar software.5+ years of working experience with creating interactive prototypes using tools like InVision, Proto.io, or Axure.It would be great if you also had . . .  Strong understanding and application of user-centered design principles.Excellent communication skills to convey design concepts and rationale to team members and stakeholders.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to address user challenges.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.A keen eye for detail to ensure the highest quality in design execution.What will you be doing in this role? Conduct user research to understand the needs, preferences, and behaviors of the target audience.Create wireframes and prototypes to visually represent the user interface and interaction flow.Develop information architecture to organize and structure content for optimal user navigation.Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs for improved user experience.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other stakeholders, to ensure alignment with project goals.Collaborate on the visual aspects of the design, including color schemes, typography, and visual elements.Ensure designs are accessible to users with different abilities and disabilities.Keep up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX design.About the Team   As a key member of our dynamic web experience team, you'll collaborate with talented developers, content managers, and SEO experts to elevate Clarivate's online presence.
