WHY BOX NEEDS YOU
As a BDR Manager, you will lead a team of Outbound Business Representatives (OBRs) who focus on outbound prospecting, generating meetings, opportunities, and pipeline for our Mid-Market, Enterprise and Large Enterprise Account Executives. You will join a team of dedicated and driven sales professionals who take pride in landing new customers, uncovering additional use cases within our current install base, generating pipeline, and delivering the Box message to a wide base of accounts across various industries.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Hire, train and manage a team of Outbound Business Representatives
Develop reps for career growth within the Box Sales organization
Work closely with Mid-market and Enterprise Sales Management to establish guidelines for performance metrics and manage relationships with AEs and OBRs
Motivate individuals and teams to exceed objectives through coaching and mentorship
Actively use Salesforce to manage the sales process and set standards for performance metrics
WHO YOU ARE
1+ years of experience managing a lead generation/sales team
Proven record of sales success ideally in lead generation and full-cycle sales
Experience recruiting and developing new members for the sales team
Experience successfully leading people to achieve performance goals
Excellent communication organizational skills as well as time management skills
Previous SaaS experience preferred
