We are looking for an Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our executive team. You will be essential to the company meeting its goals by driving increased effectiveness for our leadership team.This role will require a sharp, experienced executive assistant who enjoys solving complex problems and is motivated by flawless execution.
How you’ll make an impact:
Support the executive team with a variety of administrative tasks including calendar management, global travel, event planning and all other administrative tasks
Proactively manage the Executive Leadership Team’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, coordinating with stakeholders, making necessary adjustments and communicating upcoming commitments in a timely manner
Plan, arrange and manage global travel and related activities including accommodation, transportation and meals
Prepare expense reports and facilitate credit card reconciliation
Organize key meetings (e.g., Board meetings) and off-sites including schedule, venue, catering and IT
Plan and execute company events in collaboration with the executive team, People and Culture as well as other internal teams
Take initiative and exercise judgment in managing a variety of responsibilities
Follow through on all tasks in a proactive and expedient manner
Maintain discretion and confidentiality in all matters
We’re looking for someone who has:
5+ years professional experience in a similar role supporting a CEO and other c-suite executives
Confident team-player with the ability to operate in a dynamic environment
Outstanding verbal and written communications skills for a global audience
Strong organizational skills and an attention to detail
Ability to collaborate at all levels of an organization
Results-driven self-starter who strives for excellence
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations with discretion and diplomacy
Proficient with Google Workspace and Notion
Experience with C-level executive calendar management and arranging global travel
