However, we are not able to sponsor visas or take over sponsorship at this time. #BI-Hybrid #LI-Hybrid Reports to: Head of SMB Acquisition Marketing   About the Role: We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Paid Search Marketing Associate/Sr. Associate to join our Small Business division, reporting directly to the Head of Acquisition Marketing. The ideal candidate will excel in managing and optimizing multi-million-dollar paid search campaigns, displaying excellent problem-solving skills, and a self-directed, action-oriented mindset. A strong focus on Google Ads and other search platforms is essential.   Responsibilities: Develop and manage comprehensive paid search strategies to drive customer acquisition, primarily focusing on Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other search platforms. Collaborate with internal and external analytics teams to evaluate paid search campaign performance, optimize spend, and refine strategies based on data insights. Oversee the entire lifecycle of paid search campaigns, from keyword research and selection to ad copy creation, bid management, and performance analysis. Conduct continuous A/B testing and analysis to improve click-through and conversion rates, and ensure the effectiveness of paid search campaigns. Coordinate with internal departments, including Creative, Legal, Compliance, and GR/PR, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and compliance in all paid search initiatives. Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in SEM (Search Engine Marketing) and PPC (Pay Per Click) landscapes, and apply these insights to enhance campaign performance.   Requirements: At least 5 years' experience in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on paid search marketing and a proven track record in driving online conversions and customer acquisitions through search engines. Proficiency in managing paid search campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other relevant search platforms. Experience with keyword research, bid management, and optimization techniques specific to paid search. Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics, with a strong ability to analyze and interpret data specific to paid search. Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in manipulating data in Excel, identifying trends, and providing informed recommendations for paid search strategies. Exceptional project management skills, ensuring adherence to timelines, coupled with effective communication abilities for collaboration across diverse teams, with a specific focus on paid search marketing objectives.
