About the Job The Information Technology Security Engineer will report to the Director of IT and will work collaboratively across our Information Security and Compliance Department. You will play a crucial role managing IT resources, developing and implementing IT policies and continually improving IT security. This will be accomplished effectively through technical resolution, guidance and support. Responsibilities Manage global IT resources and infrastructure as a Tier 3 resource Plan and execute complex technical projects to continually improve availability and security of IT resources with minimal interruption of business operations Improve and streamline IT business processes throughout the organization Responsible for resolution of IT issues escalated by Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT teams Build Intune MDM and Kandji MDM software packages and apply policies Administer Company Firewalls and Network Deliver IT services to employees and enable fulfillment of business objectives and service level agreements Implementing IT and Information Security policies and procedures, participating in Information Security and Compliance audits and managing physical and cloud-based IT assets Maintain IT asset management tracking and conduct regular asset inventory audits Assist the Information Security team in the resolution of security incidents on IT assets Mentor employees in IT security best-practices and provide training on the use of IT assets Partner with third-parties and IT vendors to implement, maintain and resolve issues to ensure delivery of IT services to employees Respond to and resolve IT service requests from team members Available to work outside of normal business hours to support a global team
