As a US Enterprise Field Engineering Leader, you will have the opportunity to impact Apple’s enterprise business. Lead our technical teams passionate about empowering our Channel, Carrier and indirect partners. Establish and deliver world class services and practices that build new Apple customers across the Enterprise landscape. You will collaborate with Channel and Carrier Service and Sales leaders, regional partner managers, account managers, Systems Engineering leadership, and cross-functional teams to build and implement playbooks, reference architectures and service delivery plans across business segments, industries, and customer focus areas. Orchestrate and support initiatives to improve the capacity and capabilities of our partners. Deliver modern and scalable strategies to increase the proliferation of environments and practices that grow Apple’s share of the market, and align with our US and worldwide enterprise strategy. Areas of work span new offering development, partner leadership engagement, technical solution selling and development, as well as direct engagement with service delivery teams on “last mile” efforts to ensure standards of service and excellence. Responsible for growing the landscape of trusted and capable partners and their solutions and service delivery capabilities against key performance indicators established by Apple’s Senior Leadership in Enterprise. Key Qualifications Key Qualifications As the Enterprise US Field Engineering Indirect Leader, you will: Develop service portfolios in partnership with Apple’s channel and carrier partners that create compelling platform and solution advantages that distinguish Apple in enterprise sales and are aligned to the broader strategy Operationalize organizational plans across a group of technical and engineering teams that deliver and complete Apple’s strategy. Meet the needs of our customers across the market that facilitate their ability to deploy, manage, secure and support more of our products, software and services across their organization. Mobilize resources for growth and delivery to ensure all commitments are met and problems addressed Build, lead, and collaborate to get results from phenomenal Enterprise Engineering teams across the organization. Assemble the right people, empower them, and enable them with the right tools to drive outcomes Provide direction and input to the approach and strategy for our US Enterprise Indirect business and help define Apple’s enterprise success framework.
