The CrowdStrike Marketplace provides a place for our technology partners to list their own products and integrations and for our customers to try and buy those different solutions. In turn, CrowdStrike needs to track and report on license usage for purchased products. This product manager will need to work closely with multiple product teams, IT teams, 3rd party vendors, and business leaders to ensure our capabilities grow in parallel with our products and go-to-market motions. High business acumen as well as robust technical knowledge will be critical for a quick and successful ramp up. This is a high-profile role and will regularly collaborate with CrowdStrike executives.What You'll Do: Work with product and business leadership to define the objective, goals, and metricsUnderstand target market, buyers, and sales motions that are unique to a Marketplace and customer billing experienceMaintain and execute on the product roadmap rooted in customer need, market and business direction, and with a competitive mindsetCollaborate with cross-functional teams to design effective workflows and integrationsConnect with customers to gather product feedback and market needsBuild relationships with sales and support to ensure all business needs are metCreate an engaging, valuable, compelling and unified experience for customers across both in-product and public properties of Marketplace.
