Job Requisition ID #24WD74893Position OverviewThe Data Analyst role will focus on capturing and leveraging better Autodesk Foundation portfolio engagement data to inform portfolio interactions, reporting, storytelling and decision-making. In addition to maintaining up-to-date information and details about the quality and quantity of Foundation portfolio engagements (operational data), this role will support the creation of an impact measurement framework for the Foundation’s post-investment support (impact data). This hire will be responsible for engagement data collection, analysis, and synthesis by building productive working relationships internally with Partner Success leads, Program Leads, and the Foundation’s Impact Measurement and Management (IMM) lead. ResponsibilitiesEnsure Quality Engagement DataSupport the engagement team in maintaining accurate, up-to-date operational and portfolio data; improve rigor to collection of impact dataIntroduce guidelines for better data collection; assess and recommend tools and platforms that encourage adoption and ease of use by collaborators and stakeholdersContinue to improve data collection, storage, and access; creating new workflows or upholding existing onesMaintain understanding of overall Foundation data needs, business requirements, legacy data systems, including: HubSpot, AirTable, Fluxx, OneDrive, Salesforce, Engagement Decks, etc.Create & Maintain Data FrameworksIn partnership with key stakeholders, support the creation of an IMM framework for the Foundation’s engagement support, leading to a more comprehensive understanding of portfolio outputs, outcomes and impact across IOAsExplore opportunities to capture portfolio feedback across the Foundation’s workCollect, Analyze & Share Results and HighlightsContinue to support existing data-intensive deliverables (engagement decks and summaries)Support data intensive processes and initiatives; analyze trends Q/Q and Y/Y for Foundation Engagement Team – quarterly strategy reports, board meetings, impact report, strategic planning, annual reporting, 10-year look-back, etc.Respond to adhoc data request needs with general instructions, help stakeholders access data as neededDevelop professional experience with regularly sharing results and analysis to stakeholders and functional partners, understanding end-user needs, and creating effective communication strategies for largest business impactWork with team members to create effective ways of presenting and delivering the results to maximize impact and interpretabilityMinimum Requirements 1-3 years of experience collecting, organizing and analyzing data to generate dashboards, reports and presentations with the goal of discovering useful information/trends and informing decision-makingAbility to lead data quality and integrity across philanthropic programsProven track record of adaptability: the ability to understand and apply new information, procedures, or principles to perform job dutiesExperience working with diverse stakeholders to understand needs and deliver a solutionEnthusiasm for working with geographically diverse impact organizations, philanthropies, startups, nonprofits, etc.Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Fluxx, Salesforce, and HubSpotPreferred QualificationsFamiliarity with Human Centered Design thinking and approachesExperience training others to use platforms, data technologiesAble to work well virtually across cultures; be flexible about meetings with people in different time zones#LI-AV1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
