You will lead a team Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to drive expansion of our Fusion customer base and build a pipeline of potential customers.You will report to the Senior Manager of Business Development EMEA and work hybrid/remote in theBarcelona officeResponsibilitiesAchieve and exceed assigned business targets by guiding the team to expand and develop in existing Fusion accountsYou will hire, mentor, and lead a team of Business Development Representatives to achieve individual and team goalsYou will coach the team to Identify, prospect, and cultivate new business opportunities through different channels focusing on expansionYou will develop the team for the next step in their careersYou will build relationships with important partner and collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to streamline the sales process, improve customer engagement, and enhance the customer experienceYou will monitor and you will report on key performance metrics, sales activities, and pipeline progress.
