Job Requisition ID #24WD74785Position OverviewYou will contribute to Strategic Programs and Offerings by aligning our requirements with program objectives, driving business model changes, and ensuring offering standardization. You will collaborate with teams, including partners, business architecture, technical product management, and engineering teams, to ensure the successful launch of new initiatives. You will help build strategic initiatives, improve business processes, and facilitate collaboration between partners and IT development teams.You will report to the Director of Solution Design.Location will be Portland or San Francisco. #LI-HybridResponsibilitiesAnalyzing complex business problems: You will identify and understand complex business problems related to processes. This will involve gathering data, conducting research, and applying analytical techniques to gain insightsPromote understanding: You will help align requirements with program objectives. This includes understanding the needs of multiple partners, facilitating discussions, documenting requirements, use cases and process flowsBeing a liaison: You will help communication between partners, product managers and engineering development teams on projects. You will facilitate communication, ensuring that partner needs are understood and translated into actionable project requirementsCollaborating with engineering teams: You will work with engineering teams to ensure that requirements are translated into technical solutions. This may involve clarifying requirements, providing guidance during the development process, and conducting testing to ensure that the final product meets the desired objectivesContributing throughout the project lifecycle: You will be an integral part of projects from discovery to testing to delivery. Your involvement will span multiple stages, including requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and project deliveryMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience3-5 Years of business analysis supporting requirements gathering, business process mapping and system implementationsExperience analyzing complex processes and driving execution of improvementsKnowledge of process improvement methodologiesPrevious project work using SFDC, SFDC CPQ or SAP S/4The Ideal CandidateCuriosity: You have a natural curiosity and the ability to ask the right questions to uncover the cause of an issue. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $81,800 and $141,130. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
