Job Requisition ID #23WD73113Position OverviewAutodesk is looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Salesforce Developer, you will play an important role in designing, coding, testing, and implementing Salesforce solutions that align with our needs. You will collaborate with various team members to ensure the Salesforce platform supports our operations and business processes. You will report to manager in Bangalore and hybrid model.Roles & ResponsibilitiesGather and understand the requirements from stakeholders and translate them into Salesforce solutionsCreate a scalable and efficient design for Salesforce solutions, including data models, workflows, custom objects, and integrationsWrite code to implement custom functionalities using Salesforce technologies such as Apex (a proprietary programming language), Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web ComponentsCustomize Salesforce using declarative tools like Process Builder, Flows, Workflow Rules, Validation Rules, and Formula FieldsIntegrate Salesforce with other systems and applications using APIs, middleware, and connectors to ensure data consistency and flowDevelop and execute unit tests, integration tests, and user acceptance tests to ensure the quality and reliability of custom solutionsPlan and implement deployments of Salesforce configurations and code between development, testing, and production environmentsMaintain documentation for custom solutions, including technical specifications, data models, and release notesFollow Salesforce best practices and governance standards to ensure the long-term maintainability and scalability of solutionsKeep up to date with Salesforce updates, new features, and industry trends to use new capabilities and best practicesCollaborate with other team members, including administrators, business analysts, and project managers, to deliver successful projectsEvaluate, select, and implement third-party apps and components from the Salesforce AppExchange when necessary to extend functionalityCollaborate effectively with global teams spanning various time zones to ensure seamless communication, coordination, and project successMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred)Salesforce Developer certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II)2 to 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer with a understanding of Salesforce capabilitiesProficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and declarative developmentExperience with Salesforce integrations and data managementStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and teamwork skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyKnowledge of best practices in Salesforce development and design patterns#LI-AK1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
