We are searching for a Recruiting Business Systems analyst with expertise in administrating Applicant Tracking (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) systems to support our Recruiting team. In this role, you will partner with our Staffing organization to advise, collaborate, and deliver innovative solutions to support the recruiting process. You will work with our global partners to identify requirements, assist in defining/designing scalable business processes, and configure and implement the approved solutions.As an HR Technology team, we are responsible for the company’s HR “system of record” and continually strive to build an HR architecture that is secure, scalable, and intuitive.What you'll be doing:Serve as an authority on Recruiting systems and processes.Understanding of HR functions, specifically Talent Acquisition, along with their terms, methodologies, and processes.Complete hands-on configuration of the Workday application to achieve business objectivesProvide day-to-day support for the production environment. Provide support for issues related to HR Systems by investigating problems and developing detailed suggestions for resolution of issuesPropose efficiency and quality improvements made evident through projects and day-to-day responsibilities. Continually analyze current business processes and look for opportunities for improvementWork with internal business partners to provide valuable solutions that support efficient processes and high-quality user experience, including proactive system controls.Collaborate with colleagues to identify and recommend process improvements and system enhancements to meet changing needsLead and implement full development life cycle: gather requirements, design, build, test and deploySupport upgrades, improvements, testing, validation, and overall system performance. Work and support semi-annual Workday updatesEngage with global HR Technology team members to knowledge share and ensure process consistencyEngage with Workday community to understand technology capabilities and recommend solutions that address business needsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced and multifaceted environmentWhat we need to see:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experienceExpertise in one or more Workday modules, including the ability to complete functional configuration; Experience with Workday Recruiting highly desired1+ years of application requirements gathering and design, including process mapping and gap analysis1+ years of experience in a technical environmentExperience supporting a global organizationKnowledge of human resource practices, techniques, and standardsExcellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skillsExcellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skillsExperience working with a diverse set of partnersThe base salary range is 78,400 USD - 166,750 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
