Our Senior Director, Industry Product Marketing role will collaborate with Workday’s Product, Strategy, and Go-to-Market teams to continue advancing and promoting the strategic vision and corporate narrative for our solutions across key industries and regions of the world.Job Responsibilities: Oversee development and delivery of Industry product positioning, messaging, and supporting assets that amplify our products and product vision, while differentiating Workday in a competitive market. Our successful candidate will have a proven track record building and leading teams that are responsible for developing and bringing differentiated solutions to market.Basic Qualifications: 12+ years of experience building and leading B2B marketing, product marketing, product management/strategy, strategy, or equivalent teams. 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS Product Marketing or Product Management.5+ years of experience working closely with GTM and product technology teams.Other Qualifications: Insatiable curiosity leading to deep understanding of Workday’s priority industries, customers, buyer personas and their challenges.Ability to clearly develop and articulate value propositions for key industries using simple, differentiated messaging and supporting assets.Strategic thinker and consensus builder willing to take smart risks amidst ambiguity.History of evangelizing messaging to internal and external stakeholders that include prospects and customers in meetings, webinars, and events.Deep understanding and first-hand experience with Product Marketing, with a passion for demonstrating how it adds immense value to an organization.Superb people and management skills and ability to interact with peers, senior executives, cross-functional stakeholders, and external third parties. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
