The product manager is accountable for ensuring the solution is both valuable and viable.What you will doAbout The Job:The Finance product manager contributes a solid knowledge of the various constraints of the business such as services, finance, legal, and privacy. The product manager also contributes a deep knowledge of our users and customers, and the data about how our customers engage with our products. You will need to influence your teammates, as well as colleagues, stakeholders, and key executives, through your use of data and logic.About YouBasic Qualifications6-8 years working on technology-powered Finance products as a product manager, product designer, engineer, data analyst, data scientist, or user researcher.Demonstrated understanding of modern product discovery and product delivery techniques and methods.Strong ability to understand and interpret data to develop hypothesis, define experiments to prove (or disprove)Experience collecting, synthesizing, and prioritizing user input from multiple sources (users, leaders, competitors, market factors, partners, engineering, management, etc.).Proven ability to learn multiple functional areas of business – engineering, design, or FinanceAbility to identify solutions to hard problems with many constraints, assess risks, and lay out your argument in a well-structured, data-informed, written narrative.Proven ability to engage with engineers, designers, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationshipWorkday Pay Transparency StatementThe annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location.
