Our team is excited to take on new challenges amid the growing complexity of the global equity landscape.About the RoleWorkday has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Stock Plan Administrator who wants to make their mark on our growing organization. The ideal candidate is a seasoned stock plan professional with strong multinational public company experience. As a critical member of our Stock Plan Operations team, you will manage daily operational tasks, cross-functional reporting, and projects.Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Provide a superior level of customer service to employees, management, and others.Support employee understanding of equity awards and company programs and policies.Assist efforts to streamline and automate work streams to enable efficient, accurate and timely processing of equity award data.Maintain company’s equity data using E*TRADE Equity Edge Online (EEO).Assist with the processing of daily transactions, the preparation and processing of equity awards, vesting, and release of restricted stock units.Manage custom reports within EEO and Excel and perform complex reconciliations to review accuracy of equity and transaction data and demonstrate internal controls are in place and performed.Collaborate with the company’s transfer agent, external equity service provider, and internal stakeholder teams as required.Perform other duties, ad hoc projects, and reporting as requested.About YouBasic Qualifications:3+ years of senior-level experience in administration of global equity programs.Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.Other Qualifications:CEP designation preferred.Strong analytical abilities and MS Excel skills.Expertise with global equity programs, multiple equity award types, and managing high transaction volume.Strong understanding of internal controls requirements, Sarbanes-Oxley and IPE requirements as it relates to global equity programs.Experience working directly with E*TRADE Equity Edge Online and other major third-party equity software systems and brokerage firms.Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, and the ability to respond to inquiries from all levels of employees and internal/external partners.Understanding of confidentiality, data privacy and security requirements.Workday Pay Transparency StatementThe annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location.
