This is to ensure expertise from around the organisation is being utilised to encourage best practice across DLT marketing activity.Campaign Management and Social Media Plan, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to social media and email marketing. Relevant tools/platforms include X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Salseforce and MailchimpMonitor campaign performance, analyse key metrics, and adjust strategies to ensure maximum effectiveness.Oversee the development of engaging and relevant digital content, ensuring consistency across all digital platforms.Develop and execute social media strategies to increase DLT brand visibility and engagementAnalytics and Reporting Utilise Facebook business manager and other relevant analytics tools to track, analyse, and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts.Provide regular reports and insights to the leadership team, highlighting key performance indicators and recommending areas for improvementConduct research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.Analyse consumer behaviour and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.Budget Management Manage the marketing/digital marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI and achieve set objectives.Identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate contracts with vendors and agencies.Equal Opportunities We are passionate and committed to our people and go beyond the rhetoric of diversity and inclusion.
