You will be surrounded and supported by smart creative people, and you’ll be motivated to refuse to accept that something cannot be done.Main DutiesMarketingWebsite and Social Media Management: Managing social media channels for the venue – including Ads Manager, organic and paid acquisition channels; Lead with LNDT on venue website.  Feeding into tech needs, priority content, features, customer journeys. Testing and maintenance. Network tools; Google Analytics, social media channel reporting / comparison / reviewing. Pulse checks, trends.Analyse sales trends and ticket availability to assist in the choice of the relevant promotion.Seek and coordinate new promotional opportunities and platforms to ensure we remain an industry leading figure in the South Wales music scene.Account manage and maintain relationships with our partners and clients.Seek and establish new promotional partners for ticket promotions.Liaise with clients in a professional manner.Create E- Shots, Ladder Ads, Flyers, Brochures and other forms advertising.Maintain relevant records of sales from promotions and ensure that all associated documentation is kept correctly.Set-up all promotions with the relevant departments and suppliers within agreed deadlines. Both online and physically within the city and venue; delivering additional revenue for the company from upselling services.Point of contact for the venue and their stakeholders including but not limited to AMG head office (and teams); Live Nation head office (and teams); Ticketmaster; AMG and LN Partnerships; agencies, suppliers and designers.Working with brand partnerships to deliver our brand identity across all platforms both physically and digitally.Monitoring and thinking strategically about the customer journey.  Venue representative for AMG Customer Experience – feeding back into venue team with comms and driving initiatives.
