Job SummaryThe Sr. Manager, Global Pricing Operations is responsible for managing operational best practices for Ticketmaster’s growing and constantly-evolving global pricing business, as well as managing global projects to build alignment on pricing initiatives. The role helps ensure pricing teams and other pricing stakeholders have the tools and operational support they need to execute against their goals. This role will collaborate with regional operations leads around the world to champion Ticketmaster Music’s pricing initiatives and provide guidance – building relationships with promoters, and ensuring successful setup, pricing execution, and settlement of their events. This role will also manage the Pricing Escalation process – create and maintain strong relationships with users of the Pricing Tool, internal support teams, as well as the product and engineering teams.The Sr. Manager, Global Pricing Operations will be required to have client-facing interaction to strategize, present recommendations, and grow relationships. Working in a fluid environment, the ability of this role to effectively prioritize is crucial; this role must adapt to change, be innovative, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure the pricing workflow is optimized and stable.The expected compensation for this position in NYC is:$76,000.00 USD - $95,000.00 USDThe expected compensation for this position in Westchester is$76,000.00 USD - $95,000.00 USD**Please note that the compensation information provided is a good faith estimate for this position only and is provided pursuant to the New York Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements Law.
