Members of the Insights and Analytics Team partner with business teams across multiple functions including Product, Design, Sales, Marketing, Strategy, & Finance providing analyses covering fan insights, ticket sales, shopping behavior, site analytics, incremental revenue streams, venue/client analysis, and customer lifetime value.THE JOBWe are in search of an experienced Senior Director of Product Analytics and Insights. As the Senior Director of Product Analytics and Insights, you will lead a dynamic team responsible for providing actionable data insights that drive product development and enhance the overall fan experience. You will oversee high-impact initiatives from the outset and will be expected to lead, train, motivate, and develop employee skills in working with complex data sources, multiple tools, and analytical tools and methodologies, enhancing the organization's data-driven decision-making processes.Work closely with key stakeholders to deeply understand business requirements and translate them into sophisticated analytical solutions.Establish and nurture strong relationships with internal stakeholders and counterparts within the Insights and Analytics NA organization.Collaborate with Global Product, Design, and Marketing teams to develop and execute a comprehensive learning agenda that aligns with global business initiatives.Position the product analytics team as a pivotal strategic partner, providing actionable insights that drive the development and implementation of new business initiatives.Partner with the research team to triangulate and understand our fans’ needs, providing invaluable insights that guide stakeholders in making well-informed business decisions.Collaborate with other Analytics and Insights leads to develop industry best practices, establish robust analytics processes, and mentor analysts to elevate the overall analytics and research functions.Lead the assessment of existing product analytics solutions, strategically determining when and how to leverage analytics vendors to enhance capabilities.Oversee the network of vendors, contractors, and platforms, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field + advanced degree (Master's or equivalent) preferred.Extensive leadership experience in product analytics, with a proven track record of over 12 years, demonstrating progressive growth in senior managerial positions within the entertainment or e-commerce industry.Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R).Broad and deep experience with a variety of product analytics platforms and tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Monetate, Contentsquare, Mixpanel, Heap).Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill and articulate complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders.Proven ability to design and execute complex experimental product tests, ranging from AB to Multivariate tests, contributing directly to data-driven decision-making processes.Comprehensive experience with third-party web and mobile analytics tools, ensuring a holistic and integrated approach to data analysis.Act as a thought partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams, leveraging over a decade of experience to provide strategic insights that drive overall business success.Proven leadership experience, spanning more than a decade, showcasing the ability to guide and inspire teams toward strategic goals.Demonstrated ability to foster innovation within the analytics function, staying abreast of industry trends and adapting strategies accordingly.Deep knowledge of industry-specific challenges and opportunities, particularly in the context of
