This role requires native-level Japanese proficiency for effective communication and business interactions with Japanese clients, alongside business-level English for global communications within eBay's network.Key Responsibilities:Manage and nurture Japanese seller accounts on eBay's global platforms, using your native-level Japanese and business-level English skills.Establish and maintain robust relationships with sellers, providing tailored support and guidance to optimize their performance.Stay informed about the latest e-commerce trends to offer insightful and strategic advice to sellers.Development of growth plans, including leading promotional plans for the responsible categoriesWork collaboratively with internal teams, ensuring comprehensive support for sellers aligned with eBay Japan K.K.'s strategic objectives.Act as a primary point of contact for sellers, effectively addressing their needs and concerns.Qualifications:A bachelor's degree in any field.Native-level Japanese language proficiency and business-level English skills.Numerical analysis using BI tools and PowerPoint presentations.Strong relationship-building and communication skills.Agile and adaptable, capable of managing multiple accounts effectively.A team player, committed to supporting the growth and success of Japanese sellers in the international e-commerce landscape.Over 2 years of experience in account manage on e-commerce platform is plus.The cross-border e-commerce or fashion/sneaker/streetwear retail experience are plus but not required.Please note the followings when applying for eBay Japan's positions:We implement hybrid work: Employees are expected to work 3 days onsite and 2 days remote a week. For those who have preschool children could work 2 days onsite and 3 days remote a week under a condition.
