Join us in this exciting phase, where your skills in account management and bilingual communication will play a significant role in advancing the success of Japanese sellers in the global e-commerce market.Position Summary:As a Cross-Border E-Commerce Account Manager of Electronics & Auto Category Team in our Category Management Unit, you will play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing the success of Japanese sellers in the global marketplace. This role requires native-level Japanese proficiency for effective communication and business interactions with Japanese clients, alongside business-level English for global communications within eBay's network.Key Responsibilities:Manage and nurture Japanese seller accounts on eBay's global platforms, using your native-level Japanese skills.Collaborate with global category managers to develop and implement innovative strategies that highlight the uniqueness of Japan's electronics and auto parts products, using your native-level English skills.Establish and maintain robust relationships with sellers, providing tailored support and guidance to optimize their performance.Keep abreast of global market trends and consumer behaviors in cross-border e-commerce, leveraging these insights for category growth.Work collaboratively with internal teams, ensuring comprehensive support for sellers aligned with eBay Japan K.K.'s strategic objectives.Act as a primary point of contact for sellers, effectively addressing their needs and concerns.Qualifications:A bachelor's degree or higher in any field.Fluent in both English and Japanese, with strong global communication skills.Over 5 years of experience in sales, sales planning, sales promotion, marketing, or related fields within the cross-border e-commerce sector.Strong interpersonal skills and a team player with a passion for promoting Japanese culture and products in the global e-commerce landscape.Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic international environment.Please note the followings when applying for eBay Japan's positions:We implement hybrid work: Employees are expected to work 3 days onsite and 2 days remote a week. For those who have preschool children could work 2 days onsite and 3 days remote a week under a condition.
