Surrounded by extraordinary people, inspiring leaders, and world changing projects, you will do more and become more than you ever thought possible.We are seeking a motivated and self-directed individual to support R&D laboratories as part of the Global Lab Management Team.Key Responsibilities:Routine lab proceduresDaily lab checksKanban system monitoringFreezer defrostsParticipation and lead in Kaizen events Upkeep on inventory for on-site and in-lab storagePPE managementGeneral equipment upkeep and maintenance proceduresWaste stream managementSignage management6S upkeepOrdering and restocking of non-stock itemsMaintain sufficient and accurate inventory of lab supplies.Maintain overall cleanliness in areas of responsibility.Communicate professionally and effectively with both internal and external personnel.Perform regular preventive maintenance and cleaning of various equipment.Experience/Education:High school diplomaTypically requires a minimum of   0 - 1 years of related experience.Related work or school experience recommended#LI-ONSITEThe estimated base hourly range for the Lab Assistant 1 role based in the United States of America is: $16.00 - $23.89. Should the level or location of the role change during the hiring process, the applicable base pay range may be updated accordingly. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications, location where the role is to be performed, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Additionally, all employees are eligible for one of our variable cash programs (bonus or commission) and eligible roles may receive equity as part of the compensation package.
