This role is responsible for targeting, building relationships with, and ultimately selling products or services to mid-market named accounts. As Enterprise Inside Sales Representative, you will carry a gross new revenue target and a renew rate target.What you’ll doMeet annual gross new and renew Revenue target.Customer Retention: Work on Strategies to ensure assigned mid-market named accounts’ satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.Account management: build and maintain strong relationships with assigned mid-market clients. Understand their business needs and challenges.Sales growth: Achieve sales targets by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts. Develop strategies to increase revenue and market shareCustomer engagement: Proactively engage with clients through regular communication, meetings, and presentations. Provide product demonstrations and educate clients on new offerings.Product knowledge: Stay up to date on the company's products and services, and effectively communicate their value propositions to potential clientsCross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams such as MM NAM, LA, SC, CSM to ensure a seamless customer experience. Provide feedback from clients to improve products and services..Pipeline Management: Maintain a sales pipeline, tracking opportunities, and progress through various stages of the sales cycle.Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and results to managementMarket Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions. Use this knowledge to position products effectively and identify new business opportunities.Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports. Keep detailed records of client interactions and sales activities.What you need to succeedExperience: At least 5 years of software sales experience. Proven experience in mid-market or enterprise-level sales with a focus on named accountsIndustry knowledge: Familiarity with IT industry and market trends relevant to the Adobe's products/services.Goal Orientation: proven track record of hitting/exceeding quota and meeting customer service scores.Highly motivated and proactiveAbility to learn new knowledge quickly.Communication skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbalEnglish skills (Reading, written and spoken)Adobe for AllAdobe strives to create an environment where our employees can do their best work and drive their career growth and development based on their personal goals.
