You will support two Senior Directors and their Engineering & Product Team.We're looking for someone who is a great listener and multi-tasker. You pay attention to detail and work quickly with minimum direction. You enjoy working across organizations and conduct in a professional, efficient, and confidential manner.You proactively bring ideas to the table for team morale and unity.You take the time to better understand the people you work with and therefore can better anticipate their needs.What you'll Do Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings and resolving engagements.Coordinate travel arrangements with ability to perceive needs (various time zones, distances, etc.), obtain travel visas and prepare detailed itineraries while ensuring ownership throughout the travel planning being prepared to address contingencies and last-minute changes.Prepare, submit, and track expense reports.Plan and coordinate the logistics for large meetings and group events, off-sites when requested.Work with the leadership team and our facilities team to manage space planning.Act as a back-up to other assistants within the organization.Purchase and track hardware, software, office supplies.Use a high degree of judgment and discretion in the handling and maintenance of materials of a confidential nature.Create purchase requisitions and work with the finance department to project expenses.Create & maintain team distribution lists.Coordinate new hire logistics with the hiring manager for the teams, working with Facilities team when needed for seating requirements, working with IT on computer equipment, and overall onboarding supportGreat teammate with strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to manage sophisticated assignments, support & own special projects on an as-needed basisWhat you need to succeed BA/BS degree or a minimum of five years related experience in high tech or similarly paced industry.Experience supporting Directors and Senior Directors.Proven mastery of Microsoft Office applications, and Slack.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and timely follow-through.Experience with cross-functional collaboration across the company.Ability to handle multiple tasks and excel in a fast-paced environment.Flexible, able to deal with change and uncertainty.Strong interpersonal skills; must ensure professionalism and exercise discretion.Confident and have good decision-making skills.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Execution and follow through on tasks a must.Ability to work well with all levels of management, staff, and outside contacts.Ability to travel between the San Francisco & San Jose office.If you’re looking to make an impact, Adobe’s the place for you. The U.S. pay range for this position is $59,300 -- $128,600 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
