The opportunityAdobe is currently seeking a new leader for our UKI Renewals and Retention team within the Sales organization. We are a dynamic team that brings energy and passion to the company every day. We partner closely with the Sales and Customer Success organizations to demonstrate the value for customers using our software and providing a smooth renewals process.The objective of the UKI Renewals & Retention Sales Leader is to exceed Retention objectives for Adobe’s customer base! You will work directly under the UKI/MEA Country VP and sit on the UKI leadership team, with direct management responsibility for the Renewals sales teams.What you'll doRenewals strategy – develop and implement Renewals strategy for UKI, Middle East & Sub-Saharan Africa business leading to increased customer retention and revenue growth year on year.Forecasting and delivering against substantial retention targets to achieve the assigned bookings volume.Contract Support leadership – Assist team managers in developing strategy and tactics within their teams for negotiating renewals, amendments and contract changes.Assist team managers in resolving issues for Service Delivery, Customer Support, Legal, Contract, Billing, Accounts Receivable, Development and all other customer related matters.Decisions include financial and contract negotiations with customers, renewals of contracts driving toward optimizing revenue flow to Adobe while focusing on customer satisfaction.Upsell and Cross-sell – Work with Renewals & Sales teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities during the renewals process, supporting customer growth.Taking the lead role in internal issue resolution which may include Service Delivery, Customer Support, Billing, Development and Accounts Receivable topics.Customer Engagement and Satisfaction– Promote and develop close customer relationships across key accounts, proactively understanding any issues that may impact renewal, working closely with Customer Success and Sales team.Collaborate with wider Adobe ecosystem, working closely with Sales, Customer Success, Customer Support, Legal, Marketing, Finance, Sales Operations, Deal desk.Renewals team leadership - Coaching, empowering, and developing diverse teams to deliver business results.
