We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team who will focus on making Adobe.com an outstanding experience for all visitors! This person will formulate the strategy for one of the critical categories of products on Adobe.com. Connect customers to Photoshop, Illustrator, and all the apps and services they rely on to fuel their creativity.  As a senior product manager on the Adobe.com team, you will bring experience and knowledge about the needs of creative professionals. The role will help define key opportunities and will own the product vision and roadmaps that meet or exceed financial targets. Work with hardworking cross-functional teams to deliver product releases, optimize the site relentlessly, and ensure that the projects accomplish their business goals. What you'll do  Use data and insights to find opportunities to create innovative capabilities and compelling user experiences. Develop a 6 – 12 month roadmap with the ability to focus on and prioritize key themes. Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Program Management to rapidly conceptualize, prototype, market validate, and launch new product ideas and innovations. Define measurable goals, set priorities, and lead a backlog of features and functionality; work with engineering, design, and QE to meet those requirements. Create business cases to be prioritized on the roadmap and collaborate with the engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to define requirements.  Design and conduct product discovery and optimization experiments using quantitative (A/B tests) and qualitative techniques. Lead cross-functional projects by providing project leadership and daily management throughout the project from inception to delivery Proactively identify, prioritize, and drive resolution for project issues What you need to succeed  MBA preferred or BA/BS with a minimum of 5 years of product management or equivalent experience Possesses strong B2C product and growth strategy experience Proven understanding of the business impact of products to drive revenue and increase customer retention & satisfaction. Well-versed in defining roadmaps and delivering with teams that employ agile software development methodologies. Experience working with sophisticated problem spaces and an ability to handle open-ended design projects that may be ambiguous or ill-defined. Self-starter with a proven record of kick-starting new initiatives and driving complex issues through analysis and resolution. Results-driven, attention to detail and follow-through, and ability to work effectively at all levels within the organization and with partners. Excellent communication skills to influence engineers, senior executives, and customers. Ability to craft clear, compelling recommendations supported by strong analysis and business logic, and articulate them to the organization. Familiarity with experience design, including real examples of customer validation techniques, including user research, usability testing, and journey mapping. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $121,800 -- $228,700 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
