The Partner Assurance Manager (PAM) plays a crucial role in enabling our software implementation partners (Partners) to successfully deliver Workiva solutions. The PAM will work to certify our Partners in the Workiva platform, enable them to independently deliver our platform and ensure consistent delivery excellence. This role works closely with the Workiva Partnerships team and assigned Partners to understand the sales pipeline, identifying the available Partner resources, and ensuring Partner certification. The PAM will also identify opportunities for support enablement for the Partner. The PAM will collaborate strategically with a Workiva Partner Practice lead and a supporting team to manage Partner business reviews, evaluate Partner quality, and opportunities to expand the Partner practice across further Workiva solutions.What You’ll DoResponsible for the day-to-day execution of the tactical plans to achieve the Partner's strategic planMeasures Partner progress by monitoring projects, deployments and identifying risksWorks with the Partner Practice Director to provide updates on escalations and mitigation plansBuild and maintain relationships with the Partner Practice Director to help guide Partner strategyTracks certification advancement of Partner team membersPresents on partner updates during business reviewsManages and resolves customer feedbackAssess project management milestones throughout each stage of the implementationand future resource needsPrepares and maintains status reports for all active implementations and keeps data up to date in Gainsight and Salesforce What You’ll NeedMinimum Qualifications 4+ years experience in a related role in partner management, consulting or customer success - ideally in a SaaS organizationUndergraduate degree or equivalent combination of relevant career experience and expertisePreferred Qualifications Experience managing implementation partner relationshipsDemonstrated capability with business intelligence technologies, databases or data management platforms (SAP, Oracle, Workday, Workiva or similar)Ability to present complex solutions to partners and customersAnalytical with a talent for solving business challenges and identifying opportunities.Highly accountable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage competing deadlinesExcellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Strong relationship building, and influencing skills.Deeply committed to partner and customer successTravel Requirements & Working ConditionsUp to 20% ravel for customer and internal meetingsReliable internet access for any period of time working remotely, not in a Workiva officeWhere You’ll WorkOur values drive how we work and who we hire.
