Global Process Engineer – DaaS/MDSDescription -If you’re passionate about BPM (Business Process Management), then here is an exciting opportunity for you!The Global Account Operations and RTM enablement organization is part of Global Sales Operations, providing operational support to our Tier 1 global accounts. Our mission is to provide the business with competitive advantage in customer engagement by focusing on optimized execution and efficiency. This includes continuous improvement of the respective operational processes.We’re looking for a Global Process Engineer; a highly motivated individual with broad operational background and strong soft skills.You will be responsible for Quote-to-Cash operational process mapping for DaaS/MDS integrated lease business model from a Sales Operations scope, acting as a key enabler for improved customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. The Contractual Acceleration team in the SO CXP CoE is part of a global agile organization, working on complex business issues. You will be supporting major transformations regarding new HP technologies, new business process re-engineering and new business models implementations, as well as in activities related to maintaining and improving the business operations steady-state performance. You will have an opportunity to interact with various regional and worldwide organizations, as well as present opportunities and demonstrated improvements to different management stakeholders. You will lead and/or provide expertise to development and project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for defining, maintaining, and improving business processes, sustaining cross-enablement in Sales Operations for DaaS/MDS business, coordinating with external organizations to launch efficient and effective processes for the respective business model.Define, implement, and maintain business processes and procedures to meet business objectives.Responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining process documentation, Visio and BMS format (i.e., process flows, definitions, operating model for tactical teams etc)Analyze and identify opportunities for business process improvements.Develop initiatives for continuous business process improvements, always in compliance with customer and company proposed standards.Collaborate with counterparts from external organizations, aiming to enable business process integration of new and existing business processes.Use best practices to carry out business process analysis, re-engineering, process measurements and change management activities.Work with stakeholders and different operational/tactical functions to identify business requirements processes, capabilities enhancements and risks.Follows-up on capability deployments, defects corrections and technology add-ons.Handles MOC engagement with stakeholders (i.e., Markets /Customer/Sales debriefsEvaluate current business processes and recommend solutions for improvements.Develop and maintain best practices to meet changing business needs.Build and evaluate financial models for cost estimation, cash flow and cost reduction.In charge of training and formation of the specific processPrioritize and execute projects for ongoing business improvements.Provide technical advice on processing technology, capability, risks, costs.Measures process performance using relevant business metrics and KPIs (input / output efficiency, ROI, SLA, TAT Quality etc.)Keeps interested parties up to date on business performance through regular updates, QBRs, etc.Communicates strategic process decisions and plans, program status, and issues and workarounds to achieve alignment with the top level of the business, function, or region.Validates priorities with stakeholders, obtains the necessary approvals and keeps them updated on the progress.Collaborates with operational teams and business stakeholders to gather business requirements, builds user stories, supporting the design of new or improved processes of significant complexity, and understand business/customer impact.Represents the needs of the business, function, or region on an ongoing basis to drive process improvements.Identifies the need for new processes as well as significant improvements to major processes and drives their development and implementation.Define and document the operating model, roles and responsibility and process structure.Coordinate and implement new processes within the relevant teams, inside and outside Sales Operations department.Manage improvement projects.• Leads specific improvement projects based on business cases and ROI analysis• Leads all phases of the project from start to finish• Ensure the purpose, objectives, metrics, and deliverables are clear and deliver them according to plan• Defines the plan, resource allocation, schedule, and list of resultsEnsuring process compliance• Be familiar with HP policies• Coordinate with internal and external auditors• Leading and following the action plan that may be necessary after the audit resultsSkills requiredFirst-level university degree or equivalent experienceTypically, 6+ years of related experience in IT/business operations/process/project managementQuality improvement training and certification preferred.E2E/big-picture vision of high-scale Q2C processesKnowledge and skillsAbility to lead complex process improvements using industry standard quality improvements tools and concepts and has thorough understanding of change management processes and procedures.Strong process management experience, continuous improvement.Strong project management skills, including extended leadership and cross-functional initiatives.Strong relationship management/networking skills including partnerships and consulting.Strong collaboration and leadership skills.Negotiation / influencing /adaptability skills.Excellent analytical thinking, technical analysis, and problem-solving skills.Superior communication skills (i.e., written, verbal, presentation), leadership, consulting, influence, and negotiation skills.
