Our organization prioritizes ensuring that customers and partners have the best experience when visiting one of our Customer Welcome Centers (CWCs) across the globe. The Customer Experiences team is dynamic and international and offers a supportive environment for continuous learning and professional growth.As a Digital Platforms Lead, you will play a key role in the organization by managing the digital ecosystem of solutions that support our data and processes. We are looking for someone with a strong technical foundation, analytical proficiency, and customer centric mindset. Particularly, expertise in agile methodology for software development and a foundation in project management. The person in this role:Key ResponsibilitiesEstablishes and implements digital governance by determining the appropriate solutions for central and center-level needs, ensuring effective alignment with organizational objectives.Oversee the development and maintenance of digital platforms, including tools and websites, ensuring they are robust, efficient, and user-friendly.Understand the business and the needs of the individual areas, can assess their importance, and manage their prioritization.Act as the bridge between the development team and the rest of the stakeholders, overseeing issue resolution, negotiating mutually satisfactory solutions, ensuring adherence to delivery timelines.Collaborate with external vendors and partners as needed, ensuring effective relationships and delivery of contracted services.Effectively communicate digital platform strategies, updates, and achievements to internal and external stakeholders, facilitating training assets when needed.Education and Experience RequiredBachelor's degree in a technology-related field (e.g., Business & Technology, Computer Science, Information Technology) or in Business with advanced studies in technology.3+ years of professional experience in a related role.Foundation in Program/Project management is a must. Knowledge and Skills:Knowledge of Agile Methodology.Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365.Very strong ability to influence, negotiate and drive consensus.Ability to work with remote teams from different cultures and across time zones.Ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders clearly.Excellent communication skills in English.Job -MarketingSchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (Spain)Travel -25%Relocation -NoEEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
