Your potential is waiting; why are you?Location: Remote, NAAbout the Role:We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Creative Operations Manager to drive the vision and execution for Genesys Beyond. The Beyond Program is a global multifaceted ecosystem of people, tools and services helping to achieve our customers fundamental education, continued learning and development goals. In this role, you will serve as a primary partner as we bring content, process, and technology together to better enable a more efficient creative development lifecycle and deliver a more personalized training experience to our customer. The ideal leader will have demonstrated ability to balance creativity with business objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker, a collaborative leader, and a hands-on creative with a passion for pushing the boundaries of design and storytelling. What you’ll do: Global leadership and direct management of workforce with strong creative, design, and content development backgrounds.Help build and reinforce the creative direction for all Beyond Learning initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company's overall vision and objectives.Manage the optimization and evolution of the team’s structure to ensure delivery on the changing needs of the business.Develop and communicate a clear and compelling creative vision that elevates Beyond’ s brand and resonates with target audiences.Conceptualize and oversee the development of integrated creative campaigns for Beyond Learning across various channels, including digital, print, social media, and experiential.Ensure consistency and cohesion in messaging and design across all touchpoints.Work closely with internal stakeholders and external customers to understand their business objectives and translate them into tangible opportunities.Maintain up to date process workflows and related functions used to facilitate end to end processes.Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and creative best practices to continuously elevate the team’s capabilities.We're looking for:           5-7 plus years’ experience in creative management roles leading people in a learning solutions design and customer-focused setting.Working knowledge of instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, etc.)Proven track record of translating creative briefs and concepts into customer-centric designs, elevating the brand image, and driving growth through increased levels of engagement (internal and external)An iterative mindset to bring new ideas to the table to improve business and creative functionality.Excellent leadership, influence, communication, and collaboration skills.Proficient in industry-standard design for learning solutions and project management toolsPreferably a creative background working in a SaaS environment, including cloud-based solutions.#LI-RemoteCompensation:This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
