Operational Excellence Analyst

Clarivate is seeking an Operational Excellence Analyst to join our dynamic IP Content Strategy and Management team.The Operational Excellence Analyst will be a key contributor to the departments goal of building an IP content knowledge base. This knowledge base will not only help documenting and centralizing the company’s implicit IP content knowledge, currently scattered across different stakeholder teams. It will also allow standardizing the company’s approach and create repeatable procedures for:Defining IP content requirements that are in line with the company’s IP content strategy and that meet the needs of our customersSolving metadata and content issues in the most efficient way possible and in line with the company’s IP content strategy and client requirementsContinuously improving the IP content as well as how it is analyzed, assessed, acquired, ingested and enriched, in support of the company’s IP content strategy Additionally, you will be actively involved in assignments that require analyzing and comparing IP content, defining functional content requirements, solving metadata and content issues and proposing solutions for improving the content and content procedures.  About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments…Bachelor’s degree2-5 Years’ experience in an analytical roleA passion for contentStrong collaboration skillsEffective communication and writing skillsAbility to create reports and present complex ideas clearlyHigh attention to detail with an excellence analytical mindsetFluency in English and DutchIt would be great if you also had…Familiar with various data analysis tools and techniques and able to use them to extract meaningful insightsFamiliar with the concept of web scraping and APIsWhat will you be doing in this role?...Become familiar with the IP content and procedures by collecting information from the IP content subject matter experts in the companyStructure and document the knowledge you’ve collected in a clear, concise and comprehensive manner, in a knowledge database and keep it up to dateIn-depth analysis of metadata and IP content of existing and new sourcesValidation of the content features against our strategic, client, process and system requirements.Analyse, resolve and implement solutions to meta data and content issuesWrite functional requirements for metadata or content solutions that require work from developers from Content TechnologyDraw conclusions and make recommendations based on the outcome of your content analysis Share conclusions and recommendations with decision makers in professional, clear and concise reports that allow them to make informed decisionsIdentify areas for improvement by analyzing the content and by taking a critical look at content procedures, and make recommendations for enhancementsAbout the TeamThis role will work as part of a team of two, reporting into the Director for Operational Excellence as well as collaborating with the wider IP content team on a daily basis.Hours of WorkThis is a full-time permanent position based in Antwerp, Belgium.
