HR Services Senior AssociateJob SummaryA highly skilled specialist that contributes to the development of new concepts and techniques, consistently works on complex assignments requiring independent action. Responsible for the execution of all HR services and processing queries up to Tier 2. Assists with Tier 3 queries and special projects.ResponsibilitiesLife Cycle and System UpdatesExecutes all Tier 1 and Tier 2 employee lifecycle change processes and additional Tier 2 processes, such as Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, standard reporting and LOA's.Leverages process knowledge to guide employees through lifecycle changes, customizing the solution to fit individual needsUtilizes expertise to resolve complex issues, and often acts as a team lead or resource to others. Point of escalation is teamlead/ manager.Identifies trends and initiates process improvements with Manager or HRSS Project and Services TeamUnderstands trade offs and when to escalateUnderstands end to end processes deeply and can easily assist in all steps of a multiple step process.
