Role:
We are looking for someone to join our Lehi, Utah based Sales Enablement team who has a passion for making a lasting impact on the professional and personal development of others. We strive for velocity and scalability behind everything we do, so this individual should be highly adaptable, creative, and eager to create and deliver on thoughtful learning initiatives for our team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has coordinating, sales, or customer-facing experience, looking to move into a more strategic and supportive role in which you will be maximizing sales potential and knowledge adoption across our Onboarding Program.

What you will be doing:
Build meaningful relationships with key cross-functional stakeholders (PMMs, Team Leads, Sales Ops, Learning & Development) to surface and coordinate priority topics and needs for our Onboarding Curriculum
Become a subject matter expert end-to-end on our general learning sessions
Coordinate and facilitate the live onboarding schedule / trainings for classes of new hires
Track and provide monthly updates to Sales Leaders on Rep quota attainment within their team’s respective ramp periods
Design a managerial-specific track available for team leads
Continuously iterate and introduce updated product, process and market knowledge
Ensure find ability for the reps through documentation management
Project manage sales training calls, sessions and onboarding trainings
Assist in management of the sales learning management system (LMS) and catalog all presentation content and supporting material for training programs
Partner with enablement team to support the new sales hire onboarding program with activation of appropriate systems, trainings, and calendar invites
Manage and update documents across both the sales systems and learning management systems to ensure the information and record entry is high quality for our internal and external sales teams
Requirements
1-3+ years of experience in a program management, enablement or customer-facing role
Sales experience is huge plus especially closing and cold calling experience
An entrepreneurial problem-solving attitude and growth mindset
Ability to identify and communicate gaps or areas of improvement in our current onboarding process
Ability to adapt localized learning content to respective regions
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Exceptional presentation, written and oral communication skills
Ability to prioritize their work while minimizing distraction
Experience and understanding of a SaaS business model and related OKRs
Experience in previous sales, customer success or business operations
Experience working with or supporting international teams
