However, we are not able to sponsor visas or take over sponsorship at this time. #BI-Hybrid    #LI-Hybrid About the role: The primary duty of the Loan Recovery Associate is to oversee and minimize risk within our law firm network using scorecards and analytics. This involves establishing and cultivating relationships with our partners, comprehending company and team expectations, and adopting a critical mindset in performance evaluation. The ideal candidate for this role is proficient in Excel and capable of deriving meaningful insights from datasets. Responsibilities: Manage our third-party reporting platform Create and maintain scorecards, SLAs, and KPIs Conduct monthly meetings to present findings to external partners and leadership teams and provide strategic recommendations as needed Support the Recovery team in managing relationships with our external law firm network Undertake legal research and projects as assigned by the Legal Team Responsibilities: 1 or more years of data analysis experience Experience with Salesforce or other CRMs Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint High level of organizational skills, time management, and ability to manage deadlines; experience or at least interest in litigation is a plus For Colorado-based candidates, the budgeted range is $65,000-$70,000 but actual compensation may vary based on experience including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
