Shopify & Ultra TV Warehouse Supervisor

MINT MOBILE is seeking a talented  Shopify & Ultra TV Warehouse Supervisor to join the Supply Chain Team in Costa Mesa, CA! Individual reports to Director, Supply Chain. Role is in office. ABOUT THE ROLE The Supervisor runs a smooth operation and a safe warehouse environment and handles all aspects of order fulfillment, shipping and receiving and Inventory management goals. Your usual day of awesomeness includes:   Direct supervision of received and shipped goods and supplies to be used for production/storage or sale to consumers for National Retail and Employee Store verifying accuracy throughout the process. Schedule carrier pick-up of daily orders processed. Maintain work area, warehouse, inventory, and equipment in a clean and orderly condition followed by prescribed safety regulations, 5S and general housekeeping. Manage Sales Account, Mint Underground and Employee Store instances of Shopify. Create, modify, and expand product pages with photos, SKUS and descriptions for all instances of Shopify. Assist with cross functional ad-hoc requests related to non-serialized products related to Shopify. On-board new employees with accounts and assist with any activations or issues that may arise with Shopify employee experiences including review of Ultra Bucks distribution to employees. Regular meetings with the National Retail Sales Team, sharing on hand inventory reports and assisting with future projects scope. Perform weekly cycle counts and reconciliation, identify root causes and work cross functionally to resolve and fix issues and gaps. Create vendor pack instructions. Lead and supervise team of Shipping Clerks. Respond to JIRA ticket requests in a timely fashion. Other duties as required. ULTRA TV Utilize several programs to monitor, adjust or restore network health with Ultra TV operations. Call retailers across the nation to troubleshoot and maintain a positive network health percentage. Maintain network health above 80% by identifying offline retailers longer than 30 days and proactively calling reps and retailers to fix any issues. Follow up on pending tickets older than 15 days regarding qualifications, activations, and replacing equipment.  Maintain records of all outgoing TVs, qualifications, asset recoveries, and manage inventory available using InFlow, Broadsign, and Zendesk Help Desk to organize depositories.  Diagnose, troubleshoot, and build a TV with players for qualifying orders or replacements. WHAT YOU BRING High School Diploma or GED. 3 or more years of related experience in receiving pick/pack and shipping. Knowledge with Shopify, TopShelf, and Shipstation. Strong written and verbal communication. Excellent analytical skills. Ability to stand for extended periods of time, walk, bend, and regular lifting of 50 pounds or more. Shopify process, management, and troubleshooting experience required. Experience with UPS/FedEx online software is preferred. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
