The ad experimentation platform team owns the ads experimentation framework, infra, A/B testing and metrics readouts. We are looking for a senior software engineer to join us to build and scale our ads experimentation framework and infra. Your team will be focused on three key areas: Budget-aware experiment frameworks - Build and scale underlying systems to improve the budget-split experiment velocity Ads Experimentation infra – Empower feature teams and advertisers to run multiple A/B tests in parallel, with easy to access metrics and reports Experiment readouts and analyses - Evolve automated readout to catch valuable insights and help decision making in an ad marketplace with ever growing complexities  Responsibilities Build and scale ads experimentation framework and infra Design end-to-end technical solutions to customer problems Lead other engineers in implementing your technical designs Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive solutions Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in software engineering 3+ years of hands on experience and deep understanding of A/B testing systems, especially on statistical framework Significant experience in one or more general purpose programming languages (Go, Java, Scala, C++, Python) Deep expertise in Backend engineering, distributed systems, databases, etc  Preferred Qualifications Experience with Advertisement Technology is a plus, but not required Benefits: Comprehensive Healthcare Benefits 401k Matching Workspace benefits for your home office Personal & Professional development funds Family Planning Support Flexible Vacation (please use them!) & Reddit Global Wellness Days 4+ months paid Parental Leave Paid Volunteer time off Pay Transparency: This job posting may span more than one career level. In addition to base salary, this job is eligible to receive equity in the form of restricted stock units, and depending on the position offered, it may also be eligible to receive a commission. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including, skills, depth of work experience and relevant licenses/credentials, and may vary from the amounts listed below.
