Senior Software Engineer, Ads Experimentation Platform

The ad experimentation platform team owns the ads experimentation framework, infra, A/B testing and metrics readouts. We are looking for a senior software engineer to join us to build and scale our ads experimentation framework and infra. Your team will be focused on three key areas: Budget-aware experiment frameworks - Build and scale underlying systems to improve the budget-split experiment velocity Ads Experimentation infra – Empower feature teams and advertisers to run multiple A/B tests in parallel, with easy to access metrics and reports Experiment readouts and analyses - Evolve automated readout to catch valuable insights and help decision making in an ad marketplace with ever growing complexities  Responsibilities Build and scale ads experimentation framework and infra Design end-to-end technical solutions to customer problems Lead other engineers in implementing your technical designs Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive solutions Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in software engineering 3+ years of hands on experience and deep understanding of A/B testing systems, especially on statistical framework Significant experience in one or more general purpose programming languages (Go, Java, Scala, C++, Python) Deep expertise in Backend engineering, distributed systems, databases, etc  Preferred Qualifications Experience with Advertisement Technology is a plus, but not required   Reddit is committed to providing reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities and disabled veterans in our job application procedures.
