Galway Office
Rent The Runway established its European Technology Hub in Galway in April 2019. Based in the historic Claddagh area of the city, the growing team in Galway tackles core technology challenges and influences the next generation of services critical to Rent The Runway’s success and continued growth.
The Galway office is Rent the Runway's first international office outside the US and enables the company to significantly expand its Software Engineering, Product Development, Machine Learning Engineering and Data Science footprint. Rent The Runway’s Galway-based employees have the opportunity to grow their careers across several roles and career paths in Technology.

About the Job:
As a Digital Content Coordinator, you play a crucial role in reviewing and making content changes on our customer-facing website and app , aiming to deliver an exceptional experience to our customers. You are responsible for identifying and documenting any errors that occur on the site and app and will support the implementation of content changes via our Content Management System. Success in this role will be measured by your ability to learn new systems, produce high-quality work, diligently screen for errors, and effectively escalate issues as needed.
What You’ll Do:
Map the customer journey: confirm content is relevant and showing up in the right place.
Perform eCommerce product validation and discovery: coordinate internal testing to ensure customers find (seasonally or otherwise) relevant products.
Optimise for devices and analyse multi-channel experience: confirm that our customers have the same experience regardless of which web/mobile browser they are using.
Test new features on-site and app: assess functionality to confirm user experience is intuitive and seamless and provide insights to Software Engineering teams.
Log issues in a streamlined methodical way, monitoring results and escalating to relevant teams for review.
Publish content changes (such as mentions of promotions/prices, creative imagery, and descriptive copy) on-site via our Content Management System, including rigorous testing and review.
About You:
Fluent in using a computer and relevant software packages/operating systems for example. Google Docs/Sheets, MacOS or similar software.
You are comfortable navigating multiple web browsers such as Chrome, Safari, and Firefox with demonstrable knowledge of both iOS and Android mobile apps .
You are proficient in collecting, organising and analysing data.
You have excellent attention to detail, the ability to navigate issues and solid problem-solving skills.
You have a passion for fashion and familiarity with seasons and trends.
You have excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
You are a fluent English speaker.
Bonus: You have Javascript (or similar) experience or you are a fast learner excited to learn foundational code.
