About the Role The IT Program Manager will report to the Vice President, Information Security and Compliance and lead strategic initiatives related to information security, IT support, data privacy, risk and compliance. Responsibilities Drive strategic initiatives to maintain security certifications, implement and maintain security controls, facilitate security operations and IT operations Prioritize and orchestrate complex technical projects requiring cross-department collaboration with Engineering, HR, Legal, Finance, Operations and Senior Leadership Develop and align stakeholders on end-to-end project schedules Build trust with partner teams to ensure alignment and support for critical initiatives Define and track key performance indicators to measure impact of initiatives Communicate progress and impact of initiatives Identify potential risks and challenges and build mitigation plans Promote project management best practices
